Aaron was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and from the age of 8 he was helping his Dad work in the evenings as a janitor in two of the town’s most prominent businesses. Through this experience, Aaron learned the importance of having a Champion Attitude no matter what your role or title is. Through mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, emptying out hundreds of trashcans nightly, Aaron learned that it’s not WHAT you do rather it’s HOW you do it!
As a professional speaker, coach, and trainer, Aaron doesn’t believe in just making audiences “feel” better. Rather, he seeks to encourage and help them “Do” better both professionally and personally by stressing the importance of a Champion Attitude!

RISK, ORIGINALITY & VIRTUOSITY
Peter Vidmar is the highest scoring American gymnast in Olympic history. The winner of numerous national and international titles, he finished his successful career at the 1984 Olympic Games. As the USA men’s gymnastics team captain, he led his teammates to America’s first ever team gold medal, with their stunning upset victory over the defending world champions, the People’s Republic of China. He went on to win the silver medal in the individual all-around competition (the first American to have won an Olympic All-Around medal), and with a perfect score of 10, captured the gold medal on the pommel horse.
For many years, Peter has also worked as the gymnastics commentator for CBS Sports and ESPN. He continues to work as a journalist, broadcaster, and corporate spokesperson at each summer Olympics. Peter has served on the President’s Council on Physical Fitness, Sports & Nutrition; serves as the Vice Chair of the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports; is the Vice President of the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games; serves in his hometown as Vice President of the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation; and is Chair of the Los Angeles “Ready, Set, Gold!” Program.
Peter is one of only three athletes inducted into the US Olympic Hall of Fame twice; first as an individual, then as a member of the historic 1984 USA men’s gymnastics team. He is also the author of Risk, Originality, and Virtuosity: The Keys to a Perfect 10.

TONY HOFFMAN
FROM PRISON TO THE RIO OLYMPICS
After paroling prison on December 13, 2008, Tony Hoffman started living out his dream, with his addiction behind him. Tony is a Former BMX Elite Pro and placed 2nd at the 2016 World Championships in Medellin Colombia in the Masters Pro class. Tony coached Women’s Elite Pro, Brooke Crain, to a 4th place finish at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in Brazil. His story is full of redemption as he has seen some of the highest highs, and the lowest lows. Tony has presented on the prestigious TEDx stage and is the Founder and Director of The Freewheel Project, a non-profit organization that mentors thousands of youth through action sports. Today, Tony is one of the most requested substance abuse speakers in the country, traveling 200 days a year to share his inspiring story with various audiences. Tony’s future goal is to open the Tony Hoffman Wellness Center where he hopes to redirect the lives of those struggling with addiction onto the path of sobriety and purpose.
