Jerry got hooked on speaking in 1995 while on his first job – instructing students at a school in Hawaii. He later tested the management waters as an assistant in a non-profit organization before taking the role of speaker and director of an international student association. In 2004 he stepped out on his own to launch and direct a speaking organization.
He has been interviewed on XM/Sirius radio, shared the stage with NFL stars, written several books, and continues to inspire and motivate others with practical, relevant, and humorous messages. In the year 2008 alone, he appeared before 100,000 students at school assemblies, student leadership groups, and for a sports-oriented organization.
